We will take care of the schedule and getting buyers through the door. Your job is to keep the house clean and tidy and together we’ll find our match!

4. Negotiate An Offer

Once an offer arrives (and they will arrive!), we have the option of countering the offer or accepting it. No need to worry about making the tough decisions. That’s what We are here for and I do it well!

5.Contingencies

Evaluate and negotiate inspection report requests and allow buyers to conduct an appraisal. Might not sound like fun but both are important, and We are here to make it a much easier experience.

6.Close The Sale

We did it! Now all that’s left to do is sign the contract, complete any inspection repairs, file the deed at closing and find you some boxes because it’s time to move!
